National Bureau of FencingThe National Bureau of Fencing (NBF) (also known as the National Bureau of Trade Relations (BNTR) abroad) is an instrumental institution in Svaikzenszel. Founded when the state was in its infancy, the body is a convenient channel for the state to effectively launder goods that could be considered stolen, scammed, looted or “illegally” seized and turn them into a stable cash flow for the government's other institutions. It also works to maintain relations with other nations that might have ended up on the bad end of a “Fair” deal.

A small government tax levied on each transaction also created a steady revenue stream for the government.

The Spider of Barrier StreetThe Spider of Barrier Street is the most legendary businessgoblin in all of Svaikzenszel. Having started out at a minor investment firm, he quickly made his way to the top, eliminating his competition by trapping them in a web of words. After he had reached the top and everything seemed as though it could not get better, the National Bureau of Fencing started an investigation into his affairs. Deeming him a dreadful scoundrel, the Bureau hired him, and he would go on to take over the department and oversee its most prosperous era, producing some of the most talented agents Svaikzenszel had ever seen.
