Chosen of IrdaeosEven as our kind were unjustly expelled from our past homeland, we did not relent. We fought, struggled and survived. It was no coincidence that after many years of struggle, we arrived in this new land. Irdaeos, god of the sky, in admiration of our endurance, perseverance, and fighting spirit, led us to its domain so that we could prosper once more.\n\nNow, it falls to us to protect Irdaeos' domain, and show the same perseverance that we did in the past in fighting those who would seek to take our new home.
+10% Morale of Armies

Dreams of the CaehnateIrdaeos’ domain, its gift to the centaurs, remains fractured. To the west, the ogres prepare their resurgence, and the humans of the Federation, emboldened by their victory against the Wild Hunt, are sure to try to push into the plains. We centaurs, however, remain divided. Only a new and strong Caehnate will be able to defend centaur-kind against these new threats.\n\nNow, however, after the catastrophic failure of the Wild Hunt, a new opportunity arises for another clan to rise above the others, uniting Irdaeos’ domain and centaur-kind under their rule and vision.

The Sun TalismansAlmost a millennium ago, Araš VIII of Akalšes came from Bulwar to the plains through the Invader’s pass. A formidable human, he gained the respect of the centaurs by participating in their rituals and showering them with gifts. Among these, there were coins, made from what seemed to be pure gold: the reverse carved with the image of a shining sun in representation of their god Surakel, the obverse carved with the face of Araš himself.\n\nWhile the centaurs had little use for these coins, as the years passed they gained a new significance. While Araš was largely forgotten by the centaurs, his story only remembered by the tribes of the Serpent's Gift, centaurs far beyond the Gift began to interpret the sun on the reverse as Irdaeos, shining down upon the plains. Clans started to use them as talismans of good luck during their migrations, and coming full circle, also exchanged them in barter.\n\nThrough trade, these talismans became dispersed in the southern parts of the Forbidden Plains, and are considered as items of great value by the Sun Centaurs.

Amber Road TradersThe Amber Road once connected Bulwar trade to the Lakes, and although it's no longer in use many centaurs use the various caravan stops laid across it and the nearby Egoirlust river to foster fruitful trade relations with each other and the rare human caravan passerby.

Legacy of the River CaehnateThe River Caehnate used to rule much of the Serpent Gift, their state connected the Bulwari harpies to the Triunic cities up north. The peaceful atmosphere that the River Caehnate created birthed the Irdu sect, known for its gregarious and welcoming nature, and the successor tribes inherited a deeply ingrained tradition of diplomacy and negotiation from it.
-10% Aggressive Expansion Impact

Singers of the WindThe Irdu sect believes that hospitality and friendliness are the best ways to honor Irdaeos and His gifts. Their gregarious nature makes them great conversationalists and very charismatic.
